TravelDestinations Rarity Communities Article

Incredible amentities and beautiful, scenic property - these are the two things that make a Rarity community special and set it apart from any other place you could imagine. There are four Rarity communities in East Tennessee that showcase these qualities: Rarity Bay, Rarity Pointe, Rarity Ridge, and Rarity Oaks.

Rarity Bay is a gated, resort-style community on Lake Tellico in Vonore, Tenn. that features a Championship golf course, Clubhouse, Equestrian Center, tennis, swimming, community gardens, boating club and four miles of walking trails. French Country architecture highlights each custom home.

A short drive from Rarity Bay is Rarity Pointe in Lenoir City, Tenn. This community is also gated and borders Lake Tellico. The golf course at Rarity Pointe is Tennessee's only Audubon Signature course and was designed by Bob Cupp. A Yacht Club and marina, Clubhouse, swimming, tennis and 25 miles of walking trails round out the luxurious amenities. These homes are highlighted by English Manor architecture.

The last two communities, Rarity Ridge and Rarity Oaks, are located in Oak Ridge, Tenn. Rarity Ridge is a community reminiscent of the old town Mayberry communities with sidewalks and wide front porches. At the center of this community is the Town Center with shops, office space and townhomes. There are baseball and soccer fields, volleyball and baseketball courts, walking trails, a fitness center and water recreation along the Clinch River. Also in Oak Ridge, Rarity Oaks is situated around the Oak Ridge Country Club with a Bob Cupp-designed golf course, swimming and tennis. These homes will be highlighted by aTraditional architecture and be surrounded by biking and walking trails.
